Before you decide

Is membership the same as buying a deck?

No — and it's the one thing worth getting straight. Membership is the reading service: the web app, the voices, the memory. Decks are bought separately, once each, and kept forever. Members don't get decks for free; they simply pay 25% less for them.

What happens to my decks if I cancel?

They stay yours. Any deck you've bought is kept forever and travels with you via MCP, member or not. Cancelling only pauses the reading service — the web app, the voices, and memory.

What's the difference between Free and Member?

Free lets you read in your own Claude through MCP, with the Classic deck and anything you've bought. Membership adds the web app, each deck in its own voice, memory across your readings, and 25% off every paid deck.

Does the deck really remember?

Yes — for members, the web app carries the thread between readings: the question you keep circling, the card that keeps returning. Deeper memory tools are still arriving, and they come with membership as they land, at no extra cost.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Anytime, from your billing settings. Switch to annual to lock the lower rate; switch back and your access runs to the end of the period you've paid for. No fees either way.
