Free Claude tarot · no signup
Ask Claude for tarot on its own and it has to improvise the cards. Familiar gives Claude a real deck through MCP: a true shuffle, real card art, upright or reversed. You can start free without creating an account or paying.
Connect Familiar to Claude
Two minutes, once. Add the connector at mcp.familiartarot.com, approve Familiar, and Claude gains a real deck. The free decks work before you create an account.
Ask in plain words
“Draw three cards on this relationship.” No prompt engineering — the deck is a tool Claude reaches for, not a character it plays.
The cards arrive drawn for real
Claude reads what was actually drawn — upright or reversed, in the deck’s own voice. If you stay anonymous, the connector still works; sign in later only for purchases or recovery.
What it looks like
“One card on whether to send the email.”

The Sun, upright — clarity and plain success. Sent in daylight, read in daylight: this is a yes, and the sooner the cleaner.
MCP — the Model Context Protocol — is the open standard that lets an AI reach outside tools. Familiar is a tarot MCP server: a hosted deck Claude can connect to in order to shuffle, draw, and read real cards. That is the whole difference between a Claude tarot reading improvised from words and one drawn from a deck.
Claude is the easiest place to start, but the same server also works in ChatGPT, Grok, Le Chat, and Perplexity. It takes one link and about two minutes, with no install and no key to paste. The connect page walks each client through it.
Also works in ChatGPT (developer mode), Grok, Le Chat, and Perplexity — the connector is the same; only the adding steps differ. If a step misbehaves, the connection guide covers troubleshooting.
