Add Familiar

On gemini.google.com, open Settings → Connected Apps, and under Custom apps choose Add a custom app. Paste the address below, select Next, and follow the prompts.

Approve access

On Familiar's consent page, continue without an account for the free decks, or sign in for decks you own.

Ask for a reading

Custom apps are added on the web and then work on your phone too. In a chat, type @, choose Familiar, and ask:

“Use Familiar to shuffle the Classic deck and draw three cards.”

Need help connecting?

Work and school accounts can't add custom apps yet, and the option stays hidden while Keep Activity is off.

If a form asks for an OAuth Client ID or Secret, leave both blank: Familiar registers your assistant on its own.
