If something feels off — or you just want to talk through a question — we’re here. Email is the best way to reach us right now: write to support@familiartarot.com. We read every message, usually with a reply within a few days.

Account & sign-in

You sign in with a one-time email code or with Google. If you can’t sign in, make sure you’re using the same method you started with; if it still won’t work, email us with the address you signed up with and we’ll look into it.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings — it permanently removes your readings and personal data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Membership & billing

Manage or cancel your membership from your billing settings. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and it simply doesn’t renew after that. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card details.

Decks

A deck you buy stays on your account. If a deck won’t load or isn’t what was described, email us and we’ll fix the access or refund it.

Connecting to Claude (MCP)

Familiar offers a free connector so you can draw inside an assistant like Claude. Setup steps live on our Connect page, and how the connector handles your data is covered in our Privacy Policy.
