A year of The Sun

The Sun holds a year of light. Things become clear, energy returns and there is more room for joy, play and being seen. Successes tend to be visible ones. It is a good year for being open about yourself and what you want.

What the year asks

It asks you to let yourself enjoy what is good and to show up fully. The shadow is glare: performing happiness, or needing to be seen at the cost of being real.

Sitting with it

Notice what gives you energy and do more of it. Share something you have kept hidden.

Questions for the year

  • What would I do this year if I let myself be seen?
  • What gives me real energy, not just attention?
  • What simple joy have I been postponing?
